Vacancy Summary

As part of your role you will be responsible for contacting customers who have been declined financial products, such as loan or mortgage application, with a view to promoting and qualifying them for a debt management program. You will be responsible for contacting existing and new customers to set up and promote leads for debt management and Payment Protection insurance products. This is an extremely customer focussed role and will require candidates who have the ability to establish and maintain a professional and friendly rapport with clients as your role will require fact finding information regarding the customers financial situations. Should the client wish to proceed, facilitate the setting up of a new policy through the chosen product(s)

The Role:

Pro-active communication with Clients to gain a better understanding of their financial situation.
To effectively utilise creditor information received in relation to client accounts.
Working to targets in a busy call centre working from warm leads.
To promote the services of Debt Sales Advisors and products which may benefit their situation.

The Person:

Excellent communication skills
Time management skills
Strong negotiation skills
Team player and willing to provide additional support to the department
Concise and efficient in the delivery of all verbal and written communication
Previous experience of working within a financial services organisation and/or a customer service environment would be desirable.

Salary:

14,000 OTE 32,000

Location and Shift Pattern:

Week 1; 10-7. Week 2 13-9 one sat in three 9 - 3.30
